Your parcels remain at your disposal at the relay point for 14 calendar days.
Without receipt from you within this period, the order will be automatically returned to us.
In this case, we invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible in order to inform us of your wish for a refund or the reshipment of your order (subject to available stock).
1 - Log in to your customer area.
2 - Click on Contact us (at the bottom of the homepage) then at the top right :
3 - Choose "I have a question about a past order" in the subject of the request (1), "I did not receive my order" (2) and "My package has been returned to you, how can I get it back?" for the reason of the request (3) .
4 - Fill in the form and indicate your wishes in the description.
5 - You can add an attachment if you wish:
6 - Click on SUBMIT :
7 -A message confirming that your request has been sent appears at the top right of your screen:
8 - The summary of your application appears and you are given an application number.
