I had a technical problem during payment, how do I know if it was taken into account?

If your order has been accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

In case of doubt, we invite you to consult your customer area. If your order has been validated, it will appear in your "In progress" orders:


1 - Log in to your customer area.

2 - Go to the section MY ORDERS :

3 - Check your orders IN PROGRESS :

If your order appears, your payment has been taken into account.
