Is your product defective and still under warranty?
In order to make your complaint to the after-sales service, we invite you to follow the following steps:
1 - Log in to your customer area.
2 - Click on the heading Contact us in the menu Discover our brand at the bottom of the page.
For Mobiles and tablets
Click on Customer Service at the bottom of the page, on the page that opens, drag to the bottom and click on the button Contact us
3 - Choose "I have a defective product, I would like an after-sales service" :
4 - Complete the form and specify the defect of your product in the description:
Where can I find my product number?
Where to find the batch number?
5 - Attach one or more photos of your product with visible defect(s).
The file(s) are uploaded on the form, then click on SUBMIT.
4) Once the form has been submitted, a message at the top of the page "Your request has been forwarded" will be displayed (image1). At the same time, you will receive a notification email with a request number.
You will be contacted by one of our agents within 48 to 72 hours by phone or email.
NB : Attachments must not exceed 4 MB in size
Please attach a photo of the entire product and one or more photos of the defect(s). If the complaint concerns several similar damaged products, attach a photo of the impacted products side by side with visible defect(s) if possible. What kind of photo should I send with my claim?
