To order spare parts, please contact our customer service department:

1 - Log in to your customer area.

2 - Cliquez sur Contact us and then at the top right hand corner.

3 - Choose "I have a defective product, I would like a service"

4 - Fill in the form:


NB: If you have the product manual and the spare part is identified in it, please specify the reference of the desired part in the description of your request.

5 - Attach one or more photos of your product or the room.

6 - Click on SUBMIT:

7 - A message confirming that your application has been sent appears at the top right of your screen:


8 - The summary of your application appears.

> The after-sales service will get back to you within approximately 72 hours.
