What should I do if I have received a damaged product / package?

If you receive a damaged package and/or product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible .

1 - Log in to your customer area.

2 - Click on Contact us (at the bottom of the homepage) then at the top right hand corner of the page :

 

3 - Choose "I have a question about a past order" in the subject of the request (1), "I received my order" (2) et "A product is damaged" for the reason of the request (3);

4 - Fill in the form and specify if any reservations were made upon delivery and attach the reservation email and photos of your damaged packages and/or products to your request.

5 - Click on SUBMIT:

6 - A message confirming that your request has been sent appears at the top right of your screen :

7 - The summary of your application appears and you are given an application number.

> Customer service will get back to you within 24 working hours.
