In the event of an incident upon receipt of your replacement product or spare part, we invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible.

1 - Log in to your customer area

2 - Go to our contact form, "I have a question about a past order" by clicking here.

3 - Complete the form and attach any necessary documents.

4 - Click on SUBMIT:

5 - A message confirming that your request has been sent appears at the top right of your screen:

6 - The summary of your request appears and you are given a request number.

> Customer service will get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours.
