What is a guest account?
The guest account allows you to place an order without creating a customer account. The ordering process is therefore faster.
The personal data stored by the website is limited. Your personal and delivery information will be requested at each order placed.
The guest account will not allow you to access your order or your history on the site; tracking and information will only be sent to you by email.
Is it possible to convert a guest account into a customer account?
You can switch from a guest account to a customer account by creating a password linked to your email address when you log in to the site. The opposite is not possible, however.
How do I place my order as a guest?
1 - Add the desired product(s) to the cart then click on "Validate my order"
2 - Enter your email address without entering a password, then click on "Order now"
Then follow the steps, information from delivery information and until payment.
