Do I have to pay for the return postage?

 

The return costs are at the expense of the Customer who acknowledges and accepts this by adhering to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

However, as an exception to this principle, Hespéride® will take care of the return of products deposited by the Customer in Relay Point or shipped by Colissimo in the manner set out in Article 6.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
