If the product you receive is not what you ordered, please contact our customer support as soon as possible to inform them of the references received and not received.
1 - Log in to your customer area.
2 - Click on Contact us (at the bottom of the homepage) and then at the top right:
3 - Go to our form "I have a question about a past order" in the subject of the application (1), "I have received my order" (2) and "This is not the product I ordered" for the reason of the request (3), by clicking here.
4 - Complete the form and indicate in the description the details of the products received and not received:
5 - We invite you to attach photographs of the product received not ordered:
6 - Click on SUBMIT :
7 - A message confirming that your application has been sent appears at the top right of your screen:
8 - The summary of your application appears and you are given an application number.
