When you send your complaint, several indicators will confirm that it has been taken into account:
> A message confirming that your application has been sent will appear at the top right of your screen:
> The summary of your application appears and you are given an application number.
> An e-mail acknowledging receipt of your request is sent to you.
Your complaint is then being processed and a reply will be given to you within 48 to 72 working hours by the after sales service.
