2 - Go to our contact form, "I have a question about a past order" by clicking here.
3 - Complete the form and attach any necessary documents.
4 - Click on SUBMIT:
5 - A message confirming that your request has been sent appears at the top right of your screen:
6 - The summary of your request appears and you are given a request number.
